This Cut-Out Valentine Card from Instructables is pretty elegant looking considering the message. Luckily, the instructions allow you to say whatever you want.

I think this Lollipop Flowers from A Peek Inside The Fishbowl is very clever. It’s the easiest to make, but it still packs a wallop … of love? Well, you know what I mean.
