Pickled Brussels Sprouts

You guys, Pickled Brussels Sprouts! I am fascinated.

They suggest you put them in a martini. I think I would just snack on them.

If you have pickled before, these do not look hard to make.

Brussels Sprouts are in season. I want to try this.

I love sprouts! But, since I’m the ONLY one who does, I don’t get to enjoy them as often as I’d like to! Never had them pickled. But, I like pickled okra, green beans, squash…
Merry Christmas! I enjoy your blog. I visit you every morning!

Ha ha :) I love brusell sprouts too. I’m chuckling because I can relate to Shari’s comment above–it seems like most people don’t like them . . . but, maybe if we pickle the sprouts first we can tempt a few more people to favor them.

Thanks for sharing this idea.

I absolutely love the idea of prickled sprouts but putting them in a martine sounds kind of weird to me… :-)
